System/Network Administrator, Lead VTC MCU Bridging/Facilitator at Advanced Systems Development

Angelia Jackson has a diverse work experience in various roles related to system/network administration, VTC coordination, and technical systems support. Angelia started their career in 1995 as a Scheduler/Office Automation at USA Missile Command, CIC, where they were responsible for scheduling A/V requirements and maintaining work orders. Angelia then worked as a Buyer/Maintenance Work Order Clerk at TECHNI-CORE Engineering, managing purchasing and inventory of A/V repair parts. In 2000, they joined Computer Systems Technology, Inc. as a Senior Technical Systems Specialist, where they served as the VTC coordinator and facilitator for Huntsville MDA locations. Angelia also worked at SAIC from 2003 to 2011, initially as a Business System Analyst III, coordinating and troubleshooting VTCs for Huntsville MDA locations, and later as a Lead VTC Coordinator, providing coordination for Defense Engineering Joint Analysis Team (DEJ JAT) and developing tools for logistics processes. Since 2011, they have been working at Advanced Systems Development, Inc. as a System/Network Administrator, Lead VTC MCU Bridging/Facilitator, providing program support for VTC services and maintenance to ASCO and SCO.

Angelia Jackson's education history begins in 1989 when they attended Calhoun Community College. During their time there, they earned an Associate of Science (AS) degree in General Studies, completing their studies in 1992. Angelia then attended the Florida Institute of Technology in 1999 and 2000, where they completed a 152HR Computer Networking Course. This course focused on System, Networking, and LAN/WAN Management/Manager. Additionally, Angelia has obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2000, they received the AT&T Digital Video Services (DVS) Level 1 certification. In 2004, they became a Tandberg Certified Specialist. In 2012, they obtained the Security+ certification from CompTIA. The most recent certification Angelia obtained is CCNA Video from Cisco, which they achieved in August 2015.
