Devery Cagle

Devery "Rusty" Cagle, M.S., MPAS℠, CFP®, CRPC®, CAP™ began their work experience as a Financial Advisor at American Express Financial Advisors in January 1998, where they worked until April 2004. In April 2004, they joined Wachovia Securities Financial Network as a Managing Partner/BC, and stayed with the company until June 2005. In June 2005, Rusty founded ASE Financial Advisory Group, where they served as President and Founder. Devery "Rusty" continues to work in this role, offering securities through D.H. Hill Securities, LLLP, and providing investment advisory and financial planning services through Belpointe Asset Management, LLC.

Devery "Rusty" Cagle, M.S., MPAS℠, CFP®, CRPC®, CAP™, holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Financial Planning and Services from the College for Financial Planning, which was obtained from 2011 to 2013. Devery "Rusty" also earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration from Lander University, completed from 1984 to 1987. Additionally, they hold various certifications including Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®) from the College for Financial Planning, Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy® (CAP™) from The American College, Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™ (CRPC®) from the College for Financial Planning, and Master Planner Advanced Studies™ (MPAS™) from the College for Financial Planning.
