Troy Chang

Troy Chang, MBA, is an experienced professional in sales and marketing management with a robust background in engineering. Currently serving as a Sales and Marketing Manager at 日月光 since January 2022, Troy manages B2B customer relationships and oversees 5G mmWave and WiFi project management for tier 1 smartphone clients. Previously, as a Product Line Manager at Eugenus, Inc., from July 2020 to December 2021, Troy managed product life cycles and collaborated with global sales teams. An MBA graduate from The University of Texas at Dallas, Troy also co-founded T.Y. Corporation, where strategic marketing approaches were developed for a university clothing brand in Taiwan. Prior engineering experience includes a role at 聯華電子股份有限公司, focusing on semiconductor device process integration and the development of power management microchips. Troy holds multiple advanced degrees in Business Administration and Supply Chain Management from The University of Texas at Dallas and a Master of Science in Material Science and Engineering from National Taiwan University.
