Vincent Tan

Vincent Tan has held various senior sales positions in the semiconductor industry, starting as a Technical Sales Manager in the Bay Area. Vincent progressed to Senior Regional Sales Manager before becoming a Senior Sales Director at UTAC. Currently, Vincent is the Senior Director of Sales at ASE Group Global, overseeing key strategic accounts and driving significant revenue for the company. Prior to their sales roles, Vincent worked as an IC Packaging/R&D Engineer at Agilent Technologies, specializing in flip chip packaging technology and RoHS compliance. Vincent holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Integrated Circuits Packaging from the National University of Singapore.
