Dawn Rossmiller P.E. has a diverse work experience in the field of engineering. Dawn started their career at Precast Engineering Company in 2002, where they designed hollow core plank for various commercial buildings and worked on precast facilities such as the underground parking structure at Soldier Field. Dawn also worked on architectural panels for a high-rise residential building in Milwaukee.

In 2004, Dawn worked at HGA as a Staff Engineer, specializing in the design of steel structures for medical facilities. Dawn contributed to the design of canopies over hospital entrances and footings for various structures, including a helicopter pad and hangar on top of an existing hospital.

Afterwards, Dawn joined TDI Associates, Inc. as a Staff Engineer in 2005, where they designed light gage steel, wood, and masonry buildings for residential and commercial construction. From 2008 to 2013, Dawn worked at Baisch Engineering as a Structural Engineer, specializing in the design of steel, masonry, and concrete structures for industrial buildings. Dawn was proficient in various 3D modeling software programs and supervised technicians and designers in the preparation of construction documents.

In 2013, Dawn joined Jacobs as a Structural Discipline Lead, overseeing structural engineering projects. Dawn held this role until 2015 when they transitioned to Raasch Associates Inc as a Structural Engineer. During this time, they worked on various structural engineering projects until 2016.

In 2016, Dawn took on the role of an Adjunct Instructor at Northeast Wisconsin Technical College, where they shared their expertise as part of the faculty until 2017.

In the same year, they joined Mau & Associates, LLP as a Civil Engineer, contributing to civil engineering projects until mid-2017.

Currently, Dawn is employed at Aero Systems Engineering as a Project Manager, a role they started in 2022.
