Kelsey Rustin

Kelsey Rustin's work experience begins in 2008 as a Quality Assurance Intern at Brady Corporation. From 2010 to 2011, they worked as a Mechanical Engineer at ESC Services, Inc. Then, from 2011 to 2012, they served as a Teacher's Assistant at Michigan Technological University. In 2012, they joined Cenco, Inc as a Mechanical Engineer and worked there until 2016. Following that, they joined Smiths Medical as a Senior Mechanical Verification Engineer in 2016 and remained there until 2017. Currently, they are working at Aero Systems Engineering, first as a Senior Mechanical Engineer since 2017 and then as a Mechanical Engineering Manager starting in July 2022.

Kelsey Rustin pursued their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Marquette University, completing their studies from 2005 to 2009. In 2007, they participated in a Cultural Study Abroad program at the School for International Training. Continuing their education, they earned a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University between 2011 and 2012. Additionally, Kelsey Rustin obtained a certification as an EIT. Moreover, they are currently pursuing a Master of Engineering - MEng degree in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University.
