Patrick Kovacs

Patrick Kovacs is an experienced professional with a diverse work history. Patrick started their career as a Fire Fighter for the Minnesota DNR in 1996 before joining the United States Navy in 2000, where they served as an Aviation Warfare Systems Operator and earned several honors for their service. After leaving the Navy in 2008, Kovacs worked as a Fire Equipment Sales Agent for Alex Air Apparatus, where they excelled in generating new business and maintaining customer relationships. In 2010, they joined System Service Enterprises as an Acoustic Subject Matter Expert, consulting with stakeholders and developing technical training content. Kovacs then transitioned to Boeing in 2011, working as a Systems Engineering Support Analyst and contributing to product quality through system engineering processes. In 2015, they joined Starkey Hearing Technologies as a Research and Technology Project Manager, overseeing various projects and developing comprehensive project plans. Patrick continued their project management career at Post Consumer Brands in 2018, where they executed commercialization processes and improved standardization across projects. Kovacs currently holds the role of Sr. Project Manager at Aero Systems Engineering, where they are responsible for leading project management initiatives.

Patrick Kovacs obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Service and Leadership from Metro State University in the years 2008-2009. Following this, they pursued a Master's Degree in Project Management at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University from 2011 to 2014.
