Tom Gotich has a diverse work experience in mechanical engineering. Tom began their career at 3M as a Design Engineer, where they worked on the DryView Laser Imager Program and made enhancements to the film transport and cooling system. Tom then joined Automatic Products\Gross-Given Mfg as a Senior Product Engineer, where they were responsible for designing motorized product capture and dispensing mechanisms for the Robo Quencher robotic beverage machine. At BAE Systems, Tom worked as a Staff Mechanical Engineer on the DDG-1000 U.S. Navy Destroyer Program, providing technical leadership and design expertise for the automated multi-axis Palletized Ordnance Handling sub-system. Tom later joined PaR Systems as the Principle Project Mechanical Engineer and Simulation/FEA SME, where they worked for 8 years.
