Isaac Kow

Isaac Kow currently serves as the Country Director for China at the ASEAN Youth Organization, a position held since November 2023. In addition, since March 2019, Isaac has been the CEO and Co-Founder of GB Software Asia, which focuses on providing innovative e-business solutions to support digital transformation in Asian businesses. Prior experience includes co-founding Exystem, an innovator in STEM education, and serving as Chairman of Y-Talk, an NGO dedicated to youth empowerment. Isaac's engineering background features roles at Leighton Asia and Atkins, engaging in substantial infrastructure projects across Hong Kong and Singapore. Educational qualifications comprise a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, a Master's in Civil Infrastructural Engineering and Management, and ongoing studies in Global China Studies at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
