Jocelyn Plakas-Lock

Jocelyn Plakas-Lock has been working at The Alberta School Employee Benefit Plan since October 2010, where Jocelyn holds the titles of Chief Operating Officer, Chief Benefits Officer, Director of Health & Benefit Services, and Manager of Health & Disability Management Services. Jocelyn leads a team of over 20 individuals in implementing health promotion initiatives and managing long term disability benefit claims. Prior to this, Jocelyn worked at Special Olympics Alberta from November 2002 to October 2010 as VP of Marketing & Partnerships, focusing on brand management, marketing, and fund development. Jocelyn holds a Masters of Social Science in Human Services from Queensland University of Technology and a B.Sc in Psychology from the University of Alberta.
