From 2005 to 2009, Anastasia was the Director of Human Resources at North Suburban Medical Center, overseeing HR support for over 650 employees. Earlier career roles include Human Resources Manager at Duke's Surf City-TS Restaurants and Corporate Restaurant Manager at Mimi's Café. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Chapman University and two Bachelor's degrees in Hospitality Administration from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.

Founded in 1991 and with offices in California, Colorado, Texas, and India, ASEC Inc. specializes in design, analysis, and detailing of existing and new lattice towers and other types of structures supporting the Power Delivery industry as well as detailed transmission line and distribution line design, utilizing PLS-CADD software to design to the most recent codes and standards of our clients. Our mission is to design aesthetically pleasing, highly efficient, and cost effective structures and transmission lines of the future while sustaining structures of the past.
