Eric Roberts

Eric Roberts has over 23 years of experience in aviation maintenance and sustainment engineering. Currently serving as a Sustainment Engineer at ASEC since June 2022, Eric previously held various leadership roles in the US Navy from November 1999 to June 2022. Key positions included Aviation Maintenance Manager, where management of three Senior Enlisted Managers and 67 Junior Sailors facilitated the test and development of maintenance procedures for P-8A aircraft. Eric also served as a P-8A Maintenance Control Supervisor, ensuring Safe-for-Flight operations, and as a Quality Assurance Representative, contributing to the transition from P-3C to P-8A aircraft. Additional roles included Lead First Class Petty Officer for Life Support Branch and Aircraft Life Support Work Center Supervisor, demonstrating a strong commitment to aircraft maintenance and operational excellence.
