Joseph Mele, PE, PLS, PP, LEED-AP, is a seasoned civil engineering professional with extensive experience in land development consulting and engineering design. Currently serving as a Civil Engineering Professional at MidAtlantic Engineering Partners, LLC since May 2022, Joseph has previously held positions as Director of Land Development with K. Hovnanian® Homes and Director of Engineering at Dresdner Robin, where responsibilities included securing land entitlements and permitting for various commercial, industrial, and residential projects across New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.
