Onur Güreş

Onur Güreş is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in systems engineering and integration, particularly in the defense and aerospace sectors. Currently serving as Lead System Engineer at Aselsan since April 2019, Onur specializes in remote-controlled systems, system-level requirements, and military compliance. Before this role, Onur was a Senior Avionic Systems Engineer at Vestel Savunma Sanayi, focusing on unmanned aerial vehicles and avionics system architecture. Earlier positions include Systems Engineer at SDT Space and Defence Technologies, BSS Engineer at Turkcell, and EMI/EMC Engineer at Vestel. Onur holds a Master of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Middle East Technical University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Izmir Institute of Technology.
