Ulku Cilek Doyuran

Ulku Cilek Doyuran, PhD, has extensive experience in the field of radar systems engineering, currently serving as Director at Aselsan since September 2005, where previous roles included Manager of Radar Systems Engineering and Systems Engineer. Doyuran also contributed to academia as an Adjunct Faculty member at İstanbul Teknik Üniversitesi from August 2017 to January 2018 and at Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi from January 2017 to July 2017. Prior experience includes a position as a Research and Teaching Assistant at Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi from August 1998 to September 2005. Doyuran holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Radar/Signal Processing-Telecommunications, a Master of Science (M.S.) in Telecommunications Engineering, and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, all from Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi.
