As Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Rampertab is responsible for the company’s global finance activities, assisting in setting strategy and directing implementation, and representing the Company to investors.
Mr. Rampertab has over 20 years of financial leadership experience in the healthcare sector with significant experience in a variety of corporate leadership roles. His background also includes time spent as an investment banker and sell-side equity research analyst. Most recently, Mr. Rampertab served as Chief Financial Officer and interim Chief Executive Officer at Zomedica Pharmaceuticals Corp., an animal health company.
Mr. Rampertab earned his MBA from McMaster University and BS degree in molecular genetics and molecular biology from University of Toronto. He received his CPA and CA designations from the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada.
