Manfred Harrer

Manfred Harrer currently serves as the Head of ITS Services at ASFINAG since November 2018, where responsibilities include overseeing Cooperative Connected Automated Driving and Mobility, Traffic Information Systems, and related video services, in addition to leading (non-)funded R&D and deployment projects. Additionally, Manfred Harrer holds the position of Co-Chair at the Conference of European Directors of Roads (CEDR), coordinating the CAD Working Group since March 2017. Manfred Harrer earned a Diplom-Ingenieur degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, and Communication Technology from Technische Universität Wien.
