Stacey Glen

Stacey Glen is an accomplished professional specializing in People and Culture, currently serving as the Executive General Manager at Futurity Investment Group since June 2020 and previously as Head of People & Culture at ASG (formerly known as Australian Scholarships Group) since January 2018. Prior to these roles, Stacey held key positions at BMW Group, including People and Culture Business Partner and Organisational People Change Manager for the Asia Pacific region from October 2009 to November 2017, and served as Executive Assistant to the President of Asia Pacific at BMW Group Financial Services from May 2007 to October 2009. Stacey holds a Bachelor of Business in Human Resource Management and Marketing Studies from Swinburne University of Technology and has a strong focus on employee engagement, enhancing workplace culture, and boosting employee performance.
