Iveta Mikalajūnaitė

Iveta Mikalajūnaitė has a diverse work experience in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries. Iveta began their career as an intern at the National Cancer Institute, where they conducted research on fluorescence molecule accumulation in 3D spheroid cell cultures. Iveta then joined OXGENE, first as an intern and later as an Associate Scientist, where they led projects on viral cell line development and contributed to commercial projects for cell line development. After that, Iveta worked as a Consultant at Medhouse, where they supported sales and business development efforts and conducted market research projects. Iveta also interned at Industrifonden, where they worked on mapping the Nordic countries for potential investments and conducted analysis on the global market within specific therapeutic areas. Most recently, Iveta joined Asgard Therapeutics as a Junior Business Developer.

Iveta Mikalajūnaitė obtained a Bachelor's degree in Molecular Biology from Vilniaus universitetas / Vilnius University, which they completed between the years 2014 and 2018. Subsequently, they pursued a Master's degree in Bioentrepreneurship at Karolinska Institutet, from 2020 to 2022.
