Kristen Farrell

Kristen Farrell is the Director of Creative Marketing at Ash Brokerage. Kristen has been with the company for 15 years and 10 months, and in their current role, they oversee the Event Services and Creative Marketing teams. Kristen is responsible for looking for ways to enhance the advisor's experience with Ash, whether it's through an event or a marketing touchpoint.

Before their current role, Kristen was the Director of Marketing Services, Event Services Leader, and Marketing Event Coordinator at Ash Brokerage. As the Marketing Event Coordinator, Kristen was responsible for organizing and managing a wide range of events, including conferences, seminars, annual general meetings, briefings, employee training, and customer social events. Kristen was also responsible for virtual events.

Kristen has strong organizational and interpersonal skills, as well as communication skills. Kristen is able to handle many different tasks and motivate their team to deliver results.
