Garret Brown

Garret Brown, CPA, currently serves as the Director of Business Analytics at Ash Grove Cement Company since March 2023, and previously held the role of Finance and Project Manager - AFR at the same company. Prior to this, Garret worked as a Staff Accountant at JARRED, GILMORE & PHILLIPS, P.A. from July 2022 to March 2023, and was a Plant Controller at Ash Grove Cement Company from November 2020 to June 2022. Earlier experience includes positions at BKD CPAs & Advisors as a Tax Associate and Tax Intern, a Financial Accounting Intern at Leggett & Platt, and co-founding MSG Resources, an oil production company. Garret also completed an Accounting Internship at Gates Corporation. Garret holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Pittsburg State University and an Associate of Science in General Studies from Allen County Community College.
