Irene Addo

Irene Addo currently serves as the Compensation & HRIS Manager at Ash Grove Cement Company since February 2022. Previously, Irene held the position of Group Compensation and Benefits Manager at Groupe Nduom from March 2015 to January 2019, where responsibilities included overseeing strategic planning and implementation of corporate-wide benefits and compensation programs. Prior experience includes serving as Payroll and Benefits Officer at Tullow Oil and as a Compensation Analyst and Human Resource Representative at Newmont Ghana Gold Ltd, where duties encompassed payroll services, market surveys, and recruitment support. Irene holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.
