Matt Wallace

Matt Wallace is an experienced professional in the cement industry with a background in chemical engineering. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Solutions for Product Development at Ash Grove Cement Company since September 2020, Matt is focused on developing new cementitious products and scaling them from pilot to industrial production. Prior roles at Ash Grove include Sr. Corporate Process Engineer and Production Superintendent, where responsibilities included process optimization, capital project development, and management of production operations. Before returning to Ash Grove, Matt worked as a Project Manager at ANDRITZ, overseeing multi-million dollar wastewater dryer construction projects. Matt began their career with various engineering roles at Ash Grove Cement Company, contributing to significant improvements in production efficiency and quality control. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma, where research in biofuels was conducted as a Research Assistant.
