Taufiq Hayder

Taufiq Hayder is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in maintenance and reliability within the cement and energy sectors. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at Ash Grove Cement Company since March 2023, Taufiq leads the Engineering and Reliability team to enhance asset improvements and sustain reliability. Prior roles include Manager of Maintenance and Reliability at Minerals Technologies Inc., and Supervisor of Maintenance and Reliability at Votorantim Cimentos - St Marys Cement, where Taufiq supervised teams responsible for maintenance and reliability analysis in large-scale cement plants. With a solid foundation in engineering, established during a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Islamic University of Technology and an MBA from Southeast University, Taufiq has consistently overseen maintenance activities, inspections, and continuous improvements throughout a diverse array of projects.
