Vince Martin

Vince Martin is an experienced environmental and public affairs professional with a career spanning over three decades in the industry. Currently serving as the Director of Environmental Affairs at Ash Grove Cement Company since March 2024, Vince has previously held significant roles including Safety, Environmental & Public Affairs Manager at Argos USA from October 2011 to March 2024, and Environmental Manager at Lafarge from 2002 to 2011. Responsibilities throughout this career have included permitting, compliance, sustainability project management, and community outreach, alongside public relations and corporate social responsibility initiatives. Earlier positions included Environmental Manager at Reichhold and Environmental Engineer at both Standard Steel, LLC and Galson Environmental Consulting. Vince holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University, earned in 1992.
