Christopher Novak

Christopher Novak is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in blockchain technology and mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as a Partner in Blockchain and Emerging Tech at Ashbury Legal since July 2021, Christopher previously held the position of Associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Affiliates from September 2013 to November 2020. Christopher's early career includes roles as a Summer Associate at Skadden, a Summer Honors Intern at the US Securities and Exchange Commission, and an Investment Banking Summer Analyst at Woodbridge Group. Christopher also worked as a Summer Analyst at NN Investment Partners.
