Janine Curll

Janine Curll, PhD, serves as Regulatory Manager and Regulatory Advisor at Ashbury - The Product Information People since November 2020. Previously, Janine held the position of Consulting Scholar at the University of California, Los Angeles, working with Professor Michael T Roberts on UN FAO strategies to combat food fraud. Janine's extensive experience includes roles as an instructor in international food laws at Michigan State University, Director at Food Labelling Matters, and membership on the advisory board of the International Food Authenticity Assurance Organization. Janine has been involved in notable research projects concerning food fraud vulnerabilities, including a project at Wageningen University & Research funded by the EU Food Integrity project. With a PhD in Law focused on food fraud and regulatory systems, along with multiple legal and scientific qualifications, Janine Curll contributes significantly to food regulatory affairs and compliance in Australia and New Zealand.
