Kat Fergerson

Kat Fergerson is currently the Head of Partnerships at Ashby and a member of Partnership Leaders, both positions held since April 2024. Fergerson also manages family responsibilities as a parent to twin boys, focusing on appointments, school preparation, and activities since July 2020. Previously, Fergerson served as the Head of Marketing at Mathison from October 2022 to March 2024, overseeing marketing and customer success initiatives. In 2022, Fergerson was the first marketing hire at Stealth Startup, responsible for brand development and successful product launches. Prior experience includes a Director role at Bird, various positions in the adidas Group’s Digital Innovation team, and marketing analyst roles at Franklin Templeton Investments. Fergerson holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the University of Oregon and has further education from the University of Cambridge.
