Jim Chilton

Jim Chilton has over 20 years of experience in financial and accounting roles. Jim is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Ashcraft & Gerel, LLP since February 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Greystar for 17 years, where they held positions such as Managing Director Corporate Accounting & Treasury and Senior Director Corporate Accounting. Before joining Greystar, Jim worked at McGuire & Co, LLC as an Audit and Tax Manager from 2003 to 2005, and at Sisterson & Co. LLP as a Senior Staff Accountant from 2000 to 2003.

Jim Chilton obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Grove City College, where they studied from 1994 to 1998. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) at Charleston Southern University from 2006 to 2008. No specific field of study was mentioned for either degree.
