John Lawrence

John Lawrence currently serves as an Analyst in Capital Markets, Acquisitions, and Asset Management at Ashcroft Capital, LLC, beginning in February 2024. Additionally, John holds the titles of Advisor & Head of Multi-Family and President at the NYU SPS Schack REIT Investment Fund since July 2023. Prior roles include Senior Associate and Associate in Advisory at KPMG US from September 2021 to February 2024, and a Volunteer for Fundraising at YPO, where efforts contributed to raising $30 million for Ukraine. Prior experiences also include internship positions, such as CRM Automation Intern at the Nashville Entrepreneur Center and Product Intern at Eyeview, along with project management at TAMID Group. John is pursuing a Master of Science in Real Estate Finance at NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate and holds a Bachelor's degree in Human & Organizational Development, Japanese, and Computer Science from Vanderbilt University. Educational experiences include study abroad programs in Japan and at DIS.
