Megumi Noguchi

Megumi Noguchi has extensive experience in biotherapeutics and bioprocess development. Megumi began their career in 1998 as an Assistant Scientist for Process Development at Bayer. In 1999, they moved to Amgen as a Process Development Engineer for Purification and Process Development. In 2004, they joined Millipore as a Process Development Scientist in the Process Technology Group. In 2006, they returned to Amgen as a Senior Engineer for Purification and Process Development. In 2011, they moved to Boehringer Ingelheim as Senior Engineer for Protein Science and Process Development. In 2014, they joined Nektar Therapeutics as an Associate Director for Biologics CMC and Pharmaceutical Development. In 2016, they moved to Medivation as an Associate Director for Purification Bioprocess and Pharmaceutical Operations. In 2018, they joined OncoMed Pharmaceuticals as a Director for Purification and Product Development. In 2019, they moved to Dermira, Inc. (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Eli Lilly and Company) as a Director for Biologics Pharmaceutical Development. In 2022, they joined Asher Biotherapeutics as a Director for Drug Substance Process Development.

Megumi Noguchi is currently studying Biochem/Chemical Engineering at the University of California, Davis.
