Audrey Bartosh

Audrey Bartosh is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Associate General Counsel for Corporate & Securities at Ashford Inc. since August 2021. With a solid foundation in corporate law, Audrey previously worked as an Associate at Vinson & Elkins from May 2018 to July 2021 and at Allen & Overy from September 2016 to May 2018, where Audrey also completed a summer associate position in 2015. Earlier legal experience includes a law clerk position at Texas Advocacy Project, Inc. in 2014. Audrey's background also encompasses a role as a Teacher with the Central European Teaching Program in 2013. Audrey holds a Juris Doctor degree with honors from The University of Texas School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Psychology from Rice University.
