Rob Hays

Rob Hays has extensive experience in the hospitality and finance industries. Rob is currently the President, Chief Executive Officer, and Member of the Board of Directors at Ashford Hospitality Trust since May 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Managing Director at Ashford Inc. since May 2014. Before that, they held several roles at Ashford Inc., including Co-President, Chief Strategy Officer, and Member of the Board of Directors from March 2018 to May 2020, and Chief Strategy Officer and Member of the Board of Directors from November 2014 to March 2018. In 2002, they furthered their education at the Pontifical University of Santa Croce, specializing in Philosophy. However, it is not specified whether they completed a degree at this institution.
