Jim Funkhouser

Jim Funkhouser has been a Business Owner at INSPECTIVE since March 2017. Prior to that, Jim has been a Certified Inspector at the American Society of Home Inspectors since 1989. Jim also holds the title of Speaker and Vice President at The American Society of Home Inspectors since January 2015. Additionally, Jim served as the Past President on the Board of Directors at The Examination Board of Professional Home Inspectors from January 2007 to January 2013.
