Chris Tecuatl

Chris Tecuatl has extensive work experience in finance and accounting. Chris started their career at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Senior Accountant, providing audit services to international clients. Chris then joined Hercules International Ltd as an European Accountant before moving up to the role of Assistant Area Controller. At Hercules International Ltd, they were responsible for financial accounting, local statutory accounts, tax compliance, and managing a team of controllers.

Later, Chris joined Ashland Industries Europe GmbH as a Senior Controller, where they continued to oversee financial accounting and statutory accounts. Chris then progressed to the role of Senior Area Controller at Ashland, where they were responsible for financial accounting, tax compliance, and managing a team of country controllers. Chris also played a key role in divestitures, acquisitions, and the implementation of new business units.

Currently, Chris works at Ashland as the Accounting Director for EMEA & APAC. In this role, they ensure accounting and reporting processes are aligned and compliant with US GAAP. Chris provides accounting guidance, coordinates audits, mentors finance staff, and works closely with other departments to enhance financial reporting controls.

Chris Tecuatl attended De Haagse Hogeschool / The Hague University of Applied Sciences from 1993 to 1997. The exact degree and field of study are not specified.
