Divya MacHha

Divya Machha has a strong background in recruitment and talent acquisition. Divya worked as a Recruitment Lead at Ashland Inc. from 2013 onwards, where they managed end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and post-offer follow-up. Divya also served as the main point of contact for stakeholders and effectively handled escalations. Prior to that, they worked at Redefining Careers Inc. as an HR/Talent Acquisition professional from 2011 to 2013. There, they were responsible for resume screening, candidate sourcing, and managing the full recruitment cycle.

Divya Machha completed a Bachelor of Commerce in Commerce (Computers) from Kakatiya University in 2008. Divya then pursued a Master of Business Administration in HR from the same university, completing it in 2010.
