Jean J. Gulka

Jean J. Gulka, M.Eng., M.B.A. has a solid work experience spanning over several decades in various roles and responsibilities. They currently hold the position of Business Director, Agrochemicals Market at Ashland since November 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Business Director of Advanced Materials at Ashland Inc from October 2017 to October 2021. From August 2011 to September 2017, Jean was the Director of New Product Development at Ashland Inc.

Jean has also gained valuable experience at International Specialty Products, where they worked as the R&D Program Director from 2008 to 2011, Director of global marketing from October 2005 to January 2008, and European Marketing Manager from January 1997 to September 2005. Before joining International Specialty Products, they were employed as a Regional Sales Manager at Lambert from 1990 to 1996. Jean's career started as a Chemical Engineer at Gerflor, where they worked from January 1989 to November 1990.

Jean J. Gulka, M.Eng., M.B.A., obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering with a focus on Chemistry & Polymers from ITECH LYON in 1990. They further pursued a Master's Degree in Chemical Engineering with a specialization in Polymer/Plastics Engineering from the same institution. In 1990, Gulka also completed a Master's Degree in Chemical Engineering from Lyon Polytechnic Institute.

In 2009, Gulka earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a concentration in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of Phoenix. They also hold a certification as a Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from MoreSteam, acquired in 2018.
