Patrick O'Malley

Patrick O'Malley is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in the real estate sector. Currently serving as Controller at Ashley Capital since July 2020, Patrick has previously held positions such as Accounting Manager and Portfolio Accounting Supervisor at Laramar Group, and Senior Accountant for Real Estate at Tribune Media. With a strong foundation in financial analysis, variance reporting, and fixed asset accounting in accordance with GAAP, Patrick has demonstrated expertise in managing financial data, reconciliations, and consolidation of financial statements. Prior roles include Project Accountant at Pepper Construction Group and Portfolio Accountant at Heitman, along with accounting internships that provided foundational experience.
