Bryan West

Bryan West has over 30 years of experience in Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) management. Bryan has held various leadership positions in different companies and industries. Most recently, they served as the Corporate Director of Manufacturing HSS at Ashley Furniture Industries, overseeing the development and implementation of Health, Safety, and Security measures for manufacturing and distribution centers worldwide. Prior to this, Bryan was the Director of EHSS at Carus Corporation, where they successfully implemented an integrated management system and significantly reduced OSHA recordable and lost time rates. Bryan also served as the Director of Global Environmental, Health & Safety at Ingersoll-Rand Climate Solutions, where they standardized policies and metrics across the enterprise. During their tenure as the Director of Global Health and Safety at Harsco Corporation and Whirlpool Corporation, Bryan developed and implemented corporate-wide H&S programs. Bryan also has experience in international EHS coordination during their time at UOP and Katalistiks International. Bryan is skilled in strategic planning, program development, compliance assurance, and auditing.

Bryan West obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from the New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology in 1986. Bryan then went on to pursue a Master of Science degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of Maryland, which they completed in 1988.
