Connie Tropple

Connie Tropple has extensive experience in business analysis and system operations. Connie has worked as a Lead Business System Analyst at Ashley Furniture Industries since 2019, where they are responsible for collaborating with product owners and business operations team members to gather requirements, design, test, and implement continuous improvement solutions. Connie has also played a key role in designing and implementing a framework for integrating external invoice systems into the ERP system.

Before joining Ashley Furniture Industries, Connie worked as a Business Analyst at Logistics Health Incorporated from 2013 to 2019. In this role, they liaised between IT development staff and operational units to gather requirements, assist in the design and development of technical solutions, and ensure that solutions meet business needs. Connie was also responsible for managing work intake and prioritization for all operational and client deliverable reporting.

Connie's previous professional experience includes working at Hewlett-Packard, Electronic Data Systems (EDS), and AT&T from 1983 to 2013. In this role, they focused on transition-transformation and strategic communications, developing and implementing communications strategies to support start-up organizations and enterprise strategic programs. Connie also scheduled, coordinated, and created content for all business unit Vice President's global employee meetings, ensuring that geographically diverse audiences understood the delivered message.

Connie Tropple holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. Connie also completed the EDS Systems Engineering Development Program, with a degree in Systems Engineering and a focus on systems life cycle development and programming. Additionally, they obtained a Foundation Certificate in ITSM in 2015.
