Connie Tropple has extensive experience in business analysis and system operations. Connie has worked as a Lead Business System Analyst at Ashley Furniture Industries since 2019, where they are responsible for collaborating with product owners and business operations team members to gather requirements, design, test, and implement continuous improvement solutions. Connie has also played a key role in designing and implementing a framework for integrating external invoice systems into the ERP system.

Connie also completed the EDS Systems Engineering Development Program, with a degree in Systems Engineering and a focus on systems life cycle development and programming. Additionally, they obtained a Foundation Certificate in ITSM in 2015.
