Desmond Lem

Desmond Lem has a diverse work experience in the marketing and creative field. Desmond started their career in 2003 as an Art Director at McCann Worldgroup and later advanced to the role of Senior Art Director. In 2008, they joined WE Marketing Group as a Creative Director. In 2010, they worked as a Marketing Director at Shanghai Nine Dragon Tourism Co., Ltd. Desmond then co-founded Monocle Communications in 2011, where they served as a Creative Partner. Most recently, they worked as a Marketing Director at Ashley Furniture Industries, starting in 2015.

Desmond Lem studied Advertising at the Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts.
