Jonathan Forman

Jonathan Forman is an experienced attorney specializing in labor and employment law, currently serving as Associate General Counsel at Ashley Furniture Industries, where responsibilities include establishing the Employment Law Compliance team and advising senior leadership on complex employment law issues. Previously, Jonathan held roles at Sykes Enterprises as Global Vice President of HR Compliance and Senior Employment Law Counsel, and at American Eagle Outfitters as Chief Counsel for Human Resources. Jonathan started the legal career as Senior Employment Counsel at American Greetings and served as a Senior Associate at Duvin, Cahn & Hutton (now Littler Mendelson). Jonathan holds a B.A. in History from the University of Michigan and a J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law.
