Mathew Figley

Mathew Figley, MBA, serves as a Portfolio Manager at Ashley Furniture Industries since January 2021, leveraging extensive experience in management and leadership. Prior to this role, Mathew held various positions at TPC Tampa Bay, including Assistant Golf Course Superintendent and Equipment Operator. As a Florida State University Military Science Instructor from September 2014 to May 2019, Mathew mentored college students in Army values and leadership. A veteran of the U.S. Army, Mathew's distinguished service included roles such as Intelligence Manager and Battalion Intelligence NCOIC within the 75th Ranger Regiment, and various leadership positions in the 1st Ranger Battalion, focusing on training management and operational readiness. Mathew earned an MBA in Data Analytics from the University of South Florida and a Bachelor's degree in Turf and Turfgrass Management from Penn State University.
