Raj Kammela

Raj Kammela has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Raj began their career as a Senior SAP Consultant at Rolls-Royce and later worked as a Senior SAP Consultant at Datalogic. Raj then joined Artesyn Technologies as a Technical Lead/Architect, where they developed innovative enterprise applications and global service desk systems.

At Emerson Network Power, Raj held the position of Chief Architect/IT Director and Technical Project Manager. Raj successfully led a global ERP migration and played a crucial role in preventing a merger breakdown between Emerson and Artesyn. Additionally, they led various integration and discovery projects related to PLM systems.

Raj served as a Product Architect/CTO at ALCOBRAKE, where they designed and developed an IoT Breath Alcohol Ignition Interlock Device (BAIID) for drunk driving prevention and fleet management. Raj also utilized various technologies such as AWS IoT, Google Geo-location APIs, and Azure vision APIs for effective system implementation.

Most recently, Raj worked at Artesyn Embedded Technologies as the Chief Architect/IT Director. Raj led worldwide development teams supporting engineering and manufacturing systems across multiple sites. Raj also advised c-suite executives on technology trends and made crucial contributions to the company by designing and implementing a custom Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system.

Currently, Raj is serving as the Vice President of Information Technology, Product Development, Manufacturing, and EH&S at Ashley Furniture Industries.

Raj Kammela holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Amaravati University. Additionally, Raj has obtained certifications in various fields such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate, CompTIA Security+ ce Certification, ITIL v3, and Lean Six Sigma.
