Rob Shina

Rob Shina has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Their most recent position was as the Director of Data Engineering at Ashley Furniture Industries, where they oversaw the modernization efforts of the company's data engineering team. Prior to that, they were the Director of Software Development at Carson-Dellosa Publishing, LLC, where they managed a team of developers and was responsible for overseeing all new development efforts and maintenance of the company's websites, ERP system, and BI reporting environment. Before that, they held positions at A3 IT Solutions as a Senior Systems Engineer/Analyst and at RH Donnelley as a Data Warehouse Architect/Developer. Rob also has a long history with AT&T, where they served as Deputy Program Manager for a decade.

Rob Shina obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from UNC @ Greensboro from the years 1986 to 1989.
