Sam Sobczak

Sam Sobczak has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. They started their career as a Project Manager at Ashley Furniture Industries in 2015 and progressed to roles such as Portfolio Manager and Manager of Strategic Execution. In 2020, they became the Director of Supply Chain Strategy Execution and later the Senior Director of Supply Chain Strategy at Ashley Furniture Industries. Currently, Sam holds the position of Vice President of Strategic Deployment at Ashley Furniture Industries. In addition to their corporate roles, Sam also worked as an Adjunct Professor at Winona State University from 2019 to 2022. They have experience in proposal coordination, integrated wellness, and victim advocacy roles in companies like Fastenal Company, Winona State University, and Women's Resource Center of Winona, respectively.

Sam Sobczak completed a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration, with a focus in General Education, from Winona State University from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology from Winona State University from 2008 to 2011. Sam also holds a certification in CSM from Scrum Alliance, which was obtained in 2018.
