Tara Jacobs McCrary

Tara Jacobs McCrary currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Ashley Furniture Industries, a position held since February 2024. Prior to this role, Tara was the Director of Human Resources at Dish Network from June 2018 to February 2024, where leadership in the Wireless Division included the successful launch of three new business lines through innovative organizational design. At Walmart, Tara held the position of Director of Talent Strategy and Acquisition from June 2009 to June 2018, focusing on HR strategic programs related to talent acquisition and management. Tara's earlier experience includes serving as Executive Team Leader - Human Resources at Target from April 1996 to June 2009. Academically, Tara holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
