Tia Abdullaj

Tia Abdullaj, MBA, MHRM has a diverse work experience spanning various leadership roles in talent acquisition and management. Recently, they served as the Senior Director of Corporate Talent Acquisition at Ashley Furniture Industries, where they were responsible for overseeing the talent acquisition function of the largest furniture manufacturer and retailer in the US. Prior to that, Tia held the position of Vice President of Strategic Talent Management at TEAM International, a software development and technology consulting company, where they developed and implemented talent management strategies globally. Tia also worked as the Director of Talent Acquisition at FrankCrum Staffing, where they prioritized client satisfaction and employee well-being. Earlier in their career, Tia served as the Head of Customer & Employee Success at Maantic Inc, contributing to digital transformation and automation initiatives for clients across various industries. Before that, they held multiple HR leadership roles at ProV International, a global technology consulting firm. Overall, Tia brings extensive experience and expertise in talent acquisition, management, and strategic leadership to their current and future endeavors.

Tia Abdullaj holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, which they obtained in 2007. In 2004, they completed their first master's degree in Business Administration from the same institution. Prior to that, they earned a bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems from DeVry University in 2003. In terms of additional certifications, Tia obtained the Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging certification from LinkedIn in 2020, and completed the Transformational Leadership - Executive Management Course Abroad from IIM in 2016.
