Paula Cardona

Paula Cardona has worked in a variety of roles since 2010. Starting as a Regional Training Manager/Store Director for Inditex, they engineered individualized training plans for new hires and managers to boost sales. In 2017, they became the Store Director for Icon Suit Denver, pioneering internal policies that boosted responsiveness to customer demands and improved organizational operations. In 2019, they moved to Simpli Insurance as an Insurance Manager, where they maximized internal and external customer satisfaction ratings through generating and implementing forward-thinking strategies. Currently, they are the Assistant Office Manager for Ashley Sling, Inc., where they are streamlining office operations and boosting efficiency by 70%.

Paula Cardona has a Physical Therapist degree from Universidad Arturo Michelena, which they obtained between 2000 and 2003. Paula is currently pursuing an Associate's degree in Business Administration, majoring in Human Resources, at South College, with an expected graduation date of 2022.
