Alp Arhan U. has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. They began their career in 2013 as an Investment Banking Intern at Citi. In 2014, they worked as a Financial Analyst Intern at Moore Global.

In 2015, Alp Arhan U. served as a Research Analyst at the Boston Planning & Development Agency. The following year, in 2016, they joined State Street Global Advisors as a Portfolio Investment and Business Intelligence Analyst, responsible for optimizing investment strategies for large accounts.

In 2016, Alp Arhan U. also founded Emontio, a research project aimed at analyzing sentiment and keywords in online content. They participated in the IDEA Venture Accelerator Program for this project.

From 2017 to 2019, Alp Arhan U. worked at Symphony Ventures, where they first joined as a Senior Consultant before becoming a Practice Leader. Symphony Ventures specializes in enterprise digital transformation and leverages technologies like RPA and AI. During this time, Symphony Ventures was acquired by Sykes Inc. for $70 million.

In 2021, Alp Arhan U. became a Fellow at On Deck, an organization that connects and supports entrepreneurs and professionals. They also started working at Ashling Partners in the same year as a Solutions & Growth role. Ashling Partners focuses on building and scaling intelligent automation programs for enterprises.

In 2022, Alp Arhan U. ventured into content creation and became the creator and host of "Masters of Automation," a podcast and article series that explores the future of work through automation and AI.

Throughout their career, Alp Arhan U. has gained experience in finance, research, consultancy, and technology, demonstrating their versatility and adaptability in various professional domains.

Alp Arhan U. completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Economics and Mathematics from Northeastern University between 2011 and 2016. During the same period, they also attended Brown University's Summer @Brown program, where they focused on International Business. Prior to their university education, Alp Arhan U. attended the American Collegiate Institute (ACI) / Özel İzmir Amerikan Koleji from 2006 to 2011, where they completed the International Baccalaureate Program with a specialization in Science and Mathematics.
